Take a Look at Our Wide Range of Solutions

Air Seal Insulation Systems

Batt Insulation (Fiberglass)

Batt insulation is considered to be a more effective thermal barrier. These are made of resilient fibers that cut easily and are installed in pieces. Batt insulation provides excellent thermal and acoustical properties. These are preferred by those who are concerned with quality and appearance.

HFO Closed Cell Foam

HFO Closed Cell Foam is based on hydro fluoro olefin (HFO) chemistry. It produces thermal insulating foam that allows builders and designers to achieve higher insulating effectiveness. This insulation solution has the same thickness with a thinner layer of insulation compared to the previous generation products. Hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) molecules contain at least one carbon-carbon double bond that makes them highly reactive in the atmosphere, giving them a short life - which is why they have such a small impact as a greenhouse gas.

Cellulose "Blow-In" Insulation

Cellulose insulation is a type of product which are based on wood and paper. It is thick and dense with a consistency like down feathers. The benefit of this insulation is that it can fit in close areas and conforms around an obstruction like wires and ducts. Cellulose insulation is mechanically blown into or onto unoccupied spaces to slow the transferral of heat and cold. It is the most practical and cost-effective solution.

Closed Cell Foam (High Density)

Closed Cell Foam has the highest R-Value of 7.0 per inch compared to any other insulating material. It is durable, and its rigid characteristic adds value to the structural integrity of the building. This firm spray foam is substantial in flood-prone areas since it does not absorb water. Closed Cell Foam solution does not allow molds and mildew to stand a chance because it effectively stops mold growth.

Thermal Barrier (Intumescent Coating)

Sound insulation is mineral wool batts designed to soundproof, conserve energy and provide fire protection. They are non-combustible, moisture-resistant, non-corrosive, and vermin-proof. SAFB resists temperatures over 2000ºF and can be installed in steel stud and wood stud construction.

Open Cell Foam

Open cell foam has an open cell structure where half of the cells are open. It has 3.5 per inch R-Value. The benefit of it is that it can insulate hard-to-reach corners and cracks because it expands so much after being applied. Open Cell Foam is excellent for soundproofing because it can fill the area with a single application. It is more affordable. This insulation solution can easily withstand extreme weather conditions and eliminates air leakage, convection, and airborne moisture movement.

Thermal Barrier (Intumescent Coating)

It is a material applied to spray foam insulation (open or closed cell foam). The thermal barrier is set off as a fire resistance measure because most spray foam insulation does not prevent fire. Thermal barriers usually are drywalls, plywood’s, or gypsum boards. Take note that not every area of your home has to have a thermal barrier.
